10) If it's a single thought to base off of when it comes to transitioning, it is that I am responsible for more. More than just fulfilling the role I've had before regarding both job duties and relations with co-workers; Any small missteps in a higher role may lead to a large blunder for everyone involved at the end of the tunnel. My reason for keeping this sort of thought in mind would help to pace myself, and to not get caught up in the excitement and euphoria of it all. While being excited about promotion and higher responsibility isn't bad in itself, not being aware of both your own conduct and the position's extensive effect is what could turn it all awry.
